South Houston
Affordable, properly prepped painting and drywall repair for South Houston's older single-family homes.
South Houston is a compact city of older, modestly sized homes, and the work here is usually honest maintenance: siding that has been repainted over failing coats for decades, ceilings marked by an old roof leak, and interior walls that need patching more than they need colour.
That kind of job goes wrong when a contractor paints over the problem. We scrape back to a sound surface, replace the boards that are past saving, prime the bare wood, and only then paint. On the inside, water-damaged drywall gets cut out and replaced rather than skimmed and hoped for.
Quotes are itemized so you can stage the work over time if you'd rather do the exterior this year and the interior next. Everything can be handled in Spanish.
